The Lifan KPR250 is an all-new quarter-liter capacity sportbike showcased in the Lifan sportbike lineup produced by the renowned Chinese motorcycle and scooter manufacturer LIFAN. The motorcycle is a latest addition to the Lifan KPR motorcycle lineup that positioned in parallel to the KPR200 model. The Lifan KPR series is a dedicated sportbike series that comes with an aggressive exterior design, sporty styling, superior handling characteristics, and excellent engine performance.

The new KPR250 is an all-new machine in the Lifan KPR series and that comes with an extensive range of exterior refreshments, features nimble handling characteristics, and it has a newly developed 250cc single-cylinder and EFI engine. The new motorcycle also features a bunch of technical enhancements along with refreshed sporty appearances. Thus, this new machine is now not only good looking also it is more powerful, performance-oriented, and efficient in both power delivery and fuel economy that make it a highly competent sports machine.

Lifan KPR250 – Physical Attributes:

Lifan KPR250 is a stunningly designed motorcycle that comes from the renowned Chinese motorcycle manufacturer Lifan Motor Limited. The motorcycle features an aggressive exterior profile and sports-oriented riding ergonomics that make it a stylish and capable machine it its category. Therefore, the KPR motorcycle series is already popular in the market for its competitive features that also continued in this new machine.

In the look & design, the new Lifan KPR250 showcases a new exterior profile where the same design also followed in the KPR200 model. However, these new machines have been designed quite following the shadow of the Kawasaki Ninja 250 model but of course, somehow, they managed to represent their own identity. Whatsoever, Lifan KPR250 got an all-new headlamp assembly and all-new graphics & color scheme as well.

Here, the motorcycle features an all-new headlamp assembly that has double-pit LED headlamp setup in a sharp and fully aerodynamic housing. The assembly also features integrated LED DRLs inside and then holding widened rearview mirror setup a large and aerodynamic windshield crafted on the top. Inside the windshield, the cockpit holds a fully digital TFT ODO console that shows an extensive range of parameters.

Next, the motorcycle features a sporty split clip-on type handlebar that is positioned in a sporty riding mode but it seems also comfortable for casual riding. Meanwhile, the handlebar features all the necessary control switches. Then, the fuel tank is another eye-catching unit that is puffed, dented, and nicely matted with the aerodynamic body fairings. The body fairings are sharp and edgy in design that starts from the headlamp assembly and finishes at the engine underbelly pan and integrates the tail end.

In the other body elements, the motorcycle has a split and step-up seat where the passenger seat has grabrail support at the tail. The tail is exclusively naked featuring a sharp LED tail lamp underneath the passenger seat. Meanwhile, the motorcycle gorgeously features a matt-black finished and matt-silver plated exhaust muffler. Wheels are fitted with alloy rims and fatter tires. Thus, the entire motorcycle boasts an all-new look that also enhanced with attractive graphics and color schemes.

Lifan KPR250 – Frame, Wheel, Brake, & Suspension System:

Lifan KPR250 is a newly displayed sportbike in the Lifan KPR sportbike series that comes with completely a new design and a refined performance engine. The motorcycle is designed on a diamond-type steel frame. On the wheels, the motorcycle holds new generation sporty alloy rims and tubeless type street tires in a measure of 100/70-17’ in the front and 140/70-17” at the rear. 

In the braking system, the motorcycle comes with a hydraulic disc braking setup on both wheels and the braking system is enhanced with a dual-channel ABS safety feature. Coming to the suspension system, Lifan KPR250 comes with an upright hydraulic telescopic fork suspension system in the front, and at the rear, it holds a mono suspension attached to the center of the swingarm.

Lifan KPR250 – Engine Performance & Features:

The new Lifan KPR250 is a newly introduced sportbike in the Lifan KPR lineup that comes with a new generation 249cc, single-cylinder, four-stroke, liquid-cooled, fuel injection engine that now features an extensive SOHC 4-valve system. The engine also features a manual multi-plate wet clutch system and a 6-speed gear transmission in the pattern of 1-N-2-3-4-5-6, where the starting system is an electric start system only. 

In power and performances, the new Lifan KPR250 engine is tweaked for increased power and torque delivery where smoother power delivery and efficient fuel economy are ensured. Accordingly, the KPR250’s engine can squeeze out the maximum power of 28.2BHP at 9,000RPM and the torque of 22.0Nm at 7,000RPM. Accordingly, the motorcycle is tweaked to accelerate faster and clock a notable top speed and ensure a decent range of fuel economy under standard riding conditions.
