1. What is the gear shift pattern of YAMAHA XSR 155?
Ans: YAMAHA XSR 155 has a 6-speed manual transmission with wet multiplate slipper clutch which is arranged in a return pattern and operated by a toe shifter. The bike’s gear ratios are a little bit tweaked for better street performance. However, the pattern is: 1-N-2-3-4-5-6.
2. What is the mileage of YAMAHA XSR 155?
Ans: There are no company-claimed mileage of the YAMAHA XSR 155. But the riders say it gives around is 35-45 km/L regularly. So it is a non-issue almost, to worry about the mileage.
3. Is YAMAHA XSR 155 able to handle highway rides?
Ans: The YAMAHA XSR 155 is not intended for highway performance but a streetfighter. The bike is extremely well-balanced and all but the windblasts at highway is all going to get the rider’s body. So, it is not recommended to ride the XSR in the highways. That said, the bike is very capable with liquid cooling and all but there is the YZF R15 v3 built precisely for that purpose.
4. Is a Yamaha XSR 155 a short rider?
Ans: The Yamaha XSR 155 measures 2007 mm in length, 804 mm in width and 1080 mm in height. It has a wheelbase of 1330 mm and the saddle height (seat-height) stands at 810 mm. Mind you, this motorcycle won t be very comfortable for short riders as it has a tall seat height.
5. Does XSR 155 have abs?
