The Suzuki Gixxer SF was initially launched in 2015 by Suzuki India. It reached the hands of the Bangladeshi crowd unofficially sometime after that. Later Rancon Motors Ltd. Picked up the distribution of the bike officially. Since then, the Suzuki Gixxer SF has made a name for itself as one of the most sought-after bikes of Bangladesh. After its launch in 2019, the New Suzuki Gixxer SF made its way to consumers through importers unofficially. Rancon Motors Ltd. finally brought the bike to Bangladesh in 2020 July officially, and it started a massive storm in the bike community.

Key Features:
The New Suzuki Gixxer SF is a sportbike that comes with a sportier design. It looks like a shark with a beak. The beak is an intelligent headlight design. The headlight is a dual-LED, which is an upgrade from the previous version, which was halogen. The taillight is a dual-tone LED. The taillight seems like the smile of the Joker. The bike itself has a wholly redefined design with more compact and aerodynamic fairing and better seats. The new design also comes with race ergonomics, as the handlebar is a three-piece clip-on setup, and the footpegs are slightly pushed back and elevated.

As mentioned in the name, the New Suzuki Gixxer SF comes with Fuel injection (FI) and an Anti-lock braking system (ABS). These two features are the up-and-coming features in entry-level motorcycles. Most modern motorcycles are adapting to EFI or FI for fuel efficiency and durability. ABS is also widely integrated into 150cc bikes, as this feature significantly increases the safety of a motorcycle. Although these features may have a lot of ups, they come with a price.
The New Suzuki Gixxer SF comes in three colors. They are:
1) Black.
2) White.
3) MotoGP Blue.
All the colors mentioned above are of gloss finish. As the name suggests, the MotoGP Blue is inspired by the Suzuki Factory team in MotoGP, the Team Suzuki Ecstar.

Physical Attributes:
The New Suzuki Gixxer SF is a reasonably tall bike. It may be a sportbike, but it still has a high saddle height, 800mm, which may make it difficult for people of size below 5'7". The bike also has a split seat, which means the pillion will have more privacy and won't slide to touch the rider's rear during braking. The bike has an average-sized storage capacity, 12liters, which will also be helpful on highways.
The length, height, width, and weight of the New Suzuki Gixxer SF are 2030mm, 1130mm, 780mm, and 148kg. The bike weighs 12kg more than its naked sibling, and most of this weight is due to its fairing. But the aerodynamic design makes the bike feel weightless when riding. The bike also has an average wheelbase of 1335mm. This makes the bike very stable at turns and also compact.
Engine and Transmission:
The New Suzuki Gixxer SF has a Fuel Injected engine. The engine is 4-stroke, 2-valve, air-cooled, and 154.9cc. The machine comes in two different variants: Fuel-injected and carbureted. The engine pumps out around 14.1BHP of power at around 8000rpm and 14Nm of torque at 6000rpm. The power and torque of the bike allow it to have reasonably good acceleration and top speed. The bike is expected to have around 35/40kmpl (carb/FI) fuel economy.

The New Suzuki Gixxer SF has a basic wet multi-plate clutch system. The bike also has a 5-speed gearbox. The gearbox is expected to be as smooth as the previous versions. The maximum speed of the bike is also likely to be around 120kmph.
Brakes, Suspensions, and Wheels:
The brakes of the New Suzuki Gixxer SF are another added feature of the bike. It has a dual-disc setup for brakes. The front brake of the FI variant is a disc associated with Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), while the carb has a primary disc brake. ABS ensures safer and more controlled braking. The rear, however, has a direct disc brake with no ABS. The rear brake plate is smaller than the front brake plate, although a rear brake is better than a drum brake.
The New Suzuki Gixxer SF comes with telescopic forks at the front. The forks at the front are oil damped and have coil springs. The front suspension is slightly stiff, which may be a problem for the bumpy city commutes of Bangladesh. The rear has a swingarm-based mono-shock break, which is expected to perform well and suitably.
The New Suzuki Gixxer SF gets cast alloy wheels. The front and the rear wheel have 100/80 and 140/60 section tires, respectively. The fat rear tire ensures more accessible and more confident cornering. The front wheel is ideally in balance with the rear wheel.
