Lifan KPT 200 is a small-capacity street adventure motorcycle in the Lifan KPT ADV motorcycle series produced and marketed by the renowned Chinese motorcycle and scooter manufacturer Lifan. It’s a popular entry-level adventure motorcycle that comes with all the street riding features along with comprehensive road-legal elements and the motorcycle also has moderate off-road riding capabilities. Therefore, the motorcycle nicely blends street-focused adventure riding features.

The Lifan KPT 200 comes with a decently powerful, performance-oriented, and fuel-efficient 200cc liquid-cooled engine. The design is somewhat inspired by BMW ADV models where the front end is complimented by a large windshield and a compact front fender setup accordingly.

Inside the windshield, the cockpit features a fully digital ODO console that is a refreshed unit. It displays an extensive range of controlling parameters along with a changeable multi-color backlit illumination system. Next, the motorcycle comes with a pipe handlebar that is wider and features relaxed riding characteristics.

It comes with sharp edges and multiple dents on the muscled multilayer plastic panels. The fuel tank unit is made with durable plastic fibers and covered with layered plastic panels. The engine comes with a bore & stroke of 65.5mm x 58.8mm and features a compression ratio of 11.5:1. It also comes with a manual multi-plate wet clutch system and a 6-speed gear transmission in the pattern of 1-N-2-3-4-5-6 where the starting system is an electric start system only. 

In power and performance figures, the Lifan KPT 200 engine is tweaked for increased power and torque delivery where smoother power delivery and efficient fuel economy are also ensured. Accordingly, the engine is rated to squeeze out the maximum power of 19.8 BHP at 9,000RPM and the torque of 17Nm at 7,500RPM. Therefore, the motorcycle can accelerate faster and clock a decent top speed and provide a decent range of fuel economy.
