The digital ODO cluster is now more featured, with all-new gauges and parameters, including mobile app connectivity, mounted above the headlamp. Therefore, the new RTR 160 4V FI has almost the same configuration of wheels, brakes, and suspension system. The FI version comes with a 90/90-17 size tire in the front and a 130/70-17 tire at the rear.

Regarding the braking system, the newly released machine comes with a hydraulic disc braking system on both wheels. However, to ensure a better braking experience and road safety, the new TVS Apache RTR 160 4V FI features an advanced single-channel ABS system that is also responsive according to its different riding modes.

In terms of the suspension system, the new Apache RTR 160 4V FI comes with a regular upright telescopic fork suspension in the front. This BS6 standard refined engine features SOHC, 4-valves and has been upgraded with an advanced electronic fuel injection system, replacing the older carburetor fuel feeding system. The engine is equipped with a manual multi-plate wet clutch system and a 5-speed gear transmission using the pattern 1-N-2-3-4-5. The motorcycle starting system is electric start system only.

In terms of power and performance, the new TVS Apache RTR 160 4V FI engine has been optimized for smoother power and torque delivery, as well as improved fuel efficiency. It comes with three riding modes that include sport, urban, and rain mode. However, this Race-Tuned engine is now capable of producing a maximum power of 17.30 BHP at 9,250 RPM and a torque of 14.8 Nm at 7,000 RPM in sport riding mode.
