The engine is precisely a 149cc single-cylinder, four-stroke, air-cooled engine that featured with 57.3mmx57.84mm bore & stroke and a 9.1:1 compression ratio. The engine starting of Lifan KP Mini 150 is electric only and the transmission is featured with 5-speed gear in a sequence of 1-N-2-3-4-5 and a regular hand-operated manual wet-type clutch system. In the power and torque figure, the engine is rated to deliver the maximum power of 9.5kW@8,500RPM and torque of 12N.m@6,000RPM.
