The Kawasaki D-Tracker is an amazing motorcycle. The wheelbase is 1335 mm on which the 114 kg bike stands. The bike is balanced very well for its steel Perimeter frame. The bike has now got a 6.9L fuel tank which feeds the engine through the Carburetor system.
The overall length of Kawasaki D-Tracker is 2015 mm while the width and height are kept at 830 mm and 1130 mm. The ground clearance is 270 mm in this machine with a seat height of 840 mm. Kawasaki D-Tracker possesses a SOHC single cylinder, 4-stroke, air-cooled engine with an engine displacement of 144cc. This bike has a 5-speed constant mesh return shift manual transmission with large sprocket at the rear. The only available starting method is electric.
Suspension, Brakes, Wheels:
The suspension system of this bike has a set of Showa-built 35 mm inverted telescopic forks up front and a Uni-Trak Single gas shock with 5-way spring preload adjustment at the rear. The bike comes with spoke rims and ventilated disc brakes at both ends the front one being a 300 mm Twin-piston one and the rear one being a 220 mm Single-Piston unit. The front wheel is wrapped in 100/80-17M/C 52P tyre while the rear one is wrapped in 120/70-17M/C 58P tyre. Both are tubeless, though.
