It comes with a common wheel, brake, and suspension setup. Here, both the wheels are fitted with alloy rims and 90/80-12 size tubeless type tires. In the braking system, both wheels feature hydraulic disc brake setups.

In the suspension system, the Huaihai Sparky is fitted with a hydraulic telescopic fork suspension in the front, and at the rear, it comes with a spring-loaded hydraulic shock absorber system attached to the swingarm. Being an e-bike at the heart of the scooter, it integrates an electric motor and portable Lithium battery instead of a petrol engine. The motor is a DC 1500-watt motor, and the standard battery is a 72V 40AH removable Lithium battery. 

Here, the standard motor and batteries are configured to allow a top speed of 65-70 kmph, and the battery gives a backup for around 100-105km of running. Further, the standard battery can be charged with a 72V6A within the shortest possible time through the regular 220 Volt AC wall power socket.
