Honda CBR300R পর্যালোচনা
Introduction
ভূমিকা
The Honda CBR300R is an all-new quarter-liter sportbike manufactured by the Japanese motorcycle manufacturer Honda. The motorcycle is manufactured by Thai Honda Manufacturing Co., Ltd., generally known as Honda Motorcycle Thailand. It is an updated model after the predecessor CBR250R, which earned huge popularity and was a ruling model in the Asian market for quite a long time. With the success of that legendary 250cc sports machine, the updated Honda CBR300R was born.
At a glance, the Honda CBR300R successfully replaces the older CBR250R model featuring a bigger capacity engine, enhanced riding and handling features, as well as an extended range of exterior updates. Moreover, the motorcycle carefully swaps many of the technical elements from its predecessor which are already performance and reliability tested. Thus, beholding Honda’s CBR sport DNA this baby fire-blade proudly features updated SuperSport ergonomics and superior street racing performance.
Honda CBR300R – Physical Attributes:
The Honda CBR300R is an entry-level sports machine that holds a quarter-liter single-cylinder street racing performance-tuned liquid-cooled engine. The motorcycle is an uplifted model that was born from its predecessor CBR250R model. Therefore, in the design elements, it swap many of the body parts from the older model. However, as an updated and uplifted model, the CBR300R proudly represents an enhanced exterior profile which gave the motorcycle a different identity even being iconic to the series.
As an uplifted model, the bike comes with brand-new bodywork all over its exteriors. From head to tail, it’s sharp and edgy like a razor whereas its predecessor’s bodywork was a bit rounded. However, the entire body profile of the bike is muscular, scalped, and dented, and some body panels are sliced with serious aerodynamic edges. In the design theme, the motorcycle solely carries the CBR DNA which is also quite similar to the new Honda CBR500RR model.
The core attraction of the motorcycle starts from its front assembly which is too much aggressive with a sharp double-pit headlamp assembly and large aerodynamic winglet. The headlamp unit is uniquely designed with integrated DRL and features turn signals separately on both sides. After the large windshield, the ODO console is another attraction of the motorcycle which features a large analog rev counter and a fully featured digital display.
After that, the fuel tank holds an iconic CBR design but nicely tackles the sharp curves. Here, the seat and tail are somewhat completely swapped from the older model but the attached panels are entirely redesigned along with the aerodynamic front side panels. However, the seat is a split sporty seat where the rider and passenger seats are positioned at different heights. The tail features a double horn grabrail and the tail lamp is mated underneath.
Again, the rear wheel fender design is also swapped from its predecessor which holds the registration plate hanger and rear turn indicators. Here one thing that should be boldly mentioned the exhaust pipe of the motorcycle is completely an all-new unit. It's large and bold and the barrel is exclusively designed with shiny chrome styling. However, along with an aggressive decal and color scheme, the new Honda CBR300R is much more appealing which is much edgy, bloated, and sharpened in overall appearance.
Honda CBR300R – Frame, Wheel, Brake, & Suspension System:
The Honda CBR300R is an uplifted model that was developed from its predecessor Honda CBR250R model. Therefore, the motorcycle swaps some of the structural elements from the CBR250R model. In the frame, wheel, brake, & suspension system, the CBR300R features almost the same setup that was featured in the CBR250R model. However, the motorcycle is designed on a steel-tube diamond frame.
In the wheels, it features all-alloy rims and tubeless type tires in measure of 110/80-17 in the front and 140/70-17 at the rear. In the brakes, it comes with hydraulic disc brake setups on its both wheels and is enhanced with dual-channel ABS in the braking system.
In the suspension system, the Hinda CBR300R comes with 37mm upright telescopic fork suspension in the front, and at the rear it features a Pro-Link® mono shock absorber. However, the rear shock absorber is adjustable for a few steps. Thus, it features a compatible wheel, brake, & suspension setup.
Honda CBR300R – Engine Performance & Features:
The Honda CBR300R is an uplifted model of the older CBR250R model. Hence it comes with a bigger capacity engine. The engine is a 286cc single-cylinder, four-stroke, DOHC 4-valve, liquid-cooled engine that features a bore & stroke of 76m x 63mm. The engine features a compression ratio of 10.7:1 and its fuel feeding system is a PGM-FI along with a 38mm throttle body.
The Honda CBR300R engine comes with a six-speed gear transmission in the pattern of 1-N-2-3-4-5-6. The clutch is a multi-plate wet type clutch and the starting is an electric start system only. Coming to the performance figure, the engine is tweaked for better street performance and maximum fuel efficiency. The engine can accelerate faster and gain a significant top speed while ensuring a decent figure of fuel economy under standard riding and environmental conditions.
