Introduction

The Hero Xpulse 210 is a newly showcased dual-sport motorcycle to the Hero Xpulse motorcycle lineup introduced by the renowned Indian motorcycle and scooter manufacturer Hero MotoCorp Limited. The Xpulse 210 is a brand-new model in the series that comes with an all-new body design, enhanced riding features, and an updated 4-valve, liquid-cooled, and fuel-injected single-cylinder engine. Therefore, the new motorcycle is more updated both in exterior profile as well as features enhanced engine performances.

In the core, the Hero Xpulse motorcycles are dual-terrain commuters which are specially designed in inspiration with old-school design and styling. With unique riding ergonomics, these motorcycles are purposefully featured to offer comfortable commuting on both on-road and off-road ensuring a capable range of engine performance and a competent range of fuel economy. 

Consequently, the new Hero Xpulse 210 also holds the same Xpulse DNA but this new machine is extensively featured to be more capable in terms of performance and enhanced its exterior profile boasting modern manners. Hero Xpulse 210 – Physical Attributes:

The Hero Xpulse 210 is an all-new dual-terrain motorcycle in the Hero Xpulse motorcycle lineup manufactured by Hero MotoCorp Ltd., the renowned motorcycle and scooter manufacturer based in India. The Xpulse motorcycles are known for their exceptional design and styling and sporty riding ergonomics. Consequently, the new motorcycle comes with uniquely designed retro-neo-styling and is enhanced with modern features beholding a liquid-cooled performance-oriented engine. 

The Hero Xpulse 210 is a newly introduced all-terrain motorcycle to the Hero Xpulse motorcycle lineup that features a modern design in blend of iconic old-school styling. The motorcycle smartly boasts an extensive range of off-road riding features side-by-side road-ride-capable handling and controlling elements. Hence, the machine is extensively profiled to ride both on-road and off-road.

As a dual-terrain commuter, the Xpulse 210 features dual-sport ergonomics beholding a naked body profile, all upright riding ergonomics, and a bit of off-road-biased wheel and suspension systems. The motorcycle also features an extensive range of street-legal elements which support uninterruptable riding on any terrain any time. 

However, at first look, the Xpulse 210 catches attention with its multi-pit LED headlamp assembly beholding a large rally-style windshield on the top and the high-raised front wheel fender. Here, the headlamp is all-LED fitted and features integrated LED DRLs. Above the headlamp, a fully digital ODO cluster is mounted after the transparent windshield. The ODO displays an extensive range of parameters. 

Next, the single-piece and wider pipe handlebar comes with integrated knuckle guards on both sides. The handlebar also features necessary control switch arrangements, that support the motorcycle's overall control and functionality. Here, the fuel tank follows a retro styling that followed throughout the entire Xpulse series. Over a rounded-oval design, it received multiple curves. Beholding the engine cooling radiator inside, the tank shrouds are nicely kept matched with the compact side panels until the tail. 

Here, the seat is a single-piece seat that is designed straight but features rider and passenger seating in a bit different height. At the tail, it has an integrated grabrail that extensively features a full-size luggage fixing plate and the sharp tail lamp nicely matted underneath. Meanwhile, the tail section is absolutely compact that holds an extension mudguard arm featuring a registration plate hanger and rear turn indicators on both sides.

In the sequence, the new Hero Xpulse 210 features a sleek exhaust muffler aligned in a higher position beside the rear sub-frame as does with regular dual-sport motorcycles. Thus, along with larger wired-spoke wheels, longer travel suspension setups, and integrated engine protective bash plate, the motorcycle gorgeously boasts its dual-terrain identity that is much more attractive no doubt.


Hero Xpulse 210 – Frame, Wheel, Brake, & Suspension System:

The new Hero Xpulse 210 is a dual-terrain commuter motorcycle that comes with a high-tensile semi-double cradle frame. Being a dedicated dual-sport model the Xpulse 210 features a very decent configuration of the wheel, brake, and suspension system. In the wheels, it is fitted with conventional wired-spoke steel rims along with tube-type dual-purpose tires in measure of 90/90-21 size tire in the front and 120/80-18 tire in the rear.

In the braking system, the new  Xpulse 210 features hydraulic disc brakes on both wheels and the braking system is augmented by a switchable dual-channel ABS feature. The suspension system of the motorcycle comes with comparatively a longer travel suspension setup. The motorcycle is fitted with a 41mm upright telescopic fork suspension at the front that features a 210mm stroke. At the rear, it incorporates a 10-step adjustable mono-shock absorber featuring 205mm of travel that comes connected to the swingarm hinge.


Hero Xpulse 210 – Engine Performance & Features:

The Hero Xpulse 210 is a dedicated and feature-packed dual-terrain commuter motorcycle. The motorcycle is equipped with a new-generation 210cc single-cylinder, four-stroke, liquid-cooled engine. This engine features a bore & stroke of 73mm x 50mm and a compression ratio is 12:1. This advanced featured engine incorporates electronic fuel injection and a DOHC 4-valve system. To ensure smooth engine operation, the engine includes a wet-type slipper & assist clutch system. 

The transmission of the engine consists of a six-speed gear setup arranged as 1-N-2-3-4-5-6, and the motorcycle features an electric start system. In terms of power and performance, the Hero Xpulse 210 engine has been optimized to deliver seamless power delivery, excellent performance, and efficiency in both power output and fuel consumption. The sport-tuned engine of the motorcycle can generate a maximum power of 24.2BHP at 9,250RPM and a torque of 20.7Nm at 7,250RPM.
