The motorcycle is designed on a steel-tube cradle frame that holds sleek and sharper body panels, a spacious seat, a larger wheel setup, and raised wheel fenders like typical off-road oriented motorcycles do. The LED turn indicators are mounted separately on both sides, and at the top, a bikini shield covers the fully digital ODO inside. On the wheels, the motorcycle features a larger diameter wheel setup featuring wired spoke steel rims and tube-type dual-sport tires in measure of 80/100-21” size in the front and 120/80-18” size at the rear.

In the braking system, the CF-LITE 250 DUAL comes with hydraulic disk braking systems in its both wheels featuring 265mm disk in the front and 220mm disk at the rear, and it has standard ABS safety feature. In the suspension system, the motorcycle features a USD hydraulic telescopic fork suspension system in front, and at the rear, the setup is a mono. CFMoto CF-LITE 250 DUAL is a very competitively featured quarter-liter capacity dual-sport machine that is designed for free riding on almost any type of terrain. The motorcycle is equipped with a 249cc, single-cylinder, four-stroke, liquid-cooled engine. This engine features a SOHC 2-valve configuration and electronic fuel feeding system. Here, the cylinder bore & stroke is 72.0mm x 61.2mm, and the compression ratio is 11.3:1. 

The engine is fitted with a multi-plate wet clutch and a 6-speed manual gear transmission system. The motorcycle can be started using the electric start system only. In terms of power and performance, the CFMoto CF-LITE 250 DUAL engine has been optimized for smoother power and torque delivery as well as impressive fuel economy. The engine is capable of producing maximum 24.14HP of power at 8,000RPM and a torque of 22.5Nm at 7,000RPM. With these performance figures, the motorcycle is capable of dealing with varied terrain conditions more smartly.
