Above the headlamp, an analog-digital combo ODO console is mounted, which has a naked styling without any fairing in the front. To enhance safety, the braking system includes an ABS safety feature.

In terms of suspension, the Bajaj Pulsar NS 200 FI  features a telescopic hydraulic fork suspension system featuring with Anti- friction Bush in the front. The new Bajaj Pulsar NS 200 FI is a refreshed model that comes with a decently powerful engine that is a 199.5cc, single-cylinder, four-stroke, liquid-cooled, triple spark, DTS-i engine. This engine has four valves and comes with a fuel injection system for better performance. It also has a manual multi-plate wet clutch system and a 6-speed transmission with gears in the pattern of 1-N-2-3-4-5-6. The engine starting system is electric start only.

The new Bajaj Pulsar NS 200 FI engine is also tweaked to provide a good balance between power and torque and optimized for better fuel efficiency. Its engine can produce a maximum power of 23.2BHP at 9,500RPM and a torque of 18.3Nm at 8,000RPM. With these performance figures, the motorcycle can reach a notable top speed and also provide a respectable fuel economy under standard riding conditions.
