Introduction

Akij Durdanto V6 is an electric motor-driven E-bike that is shaped and designed as a fully faired sportbike. The electric motorcycle is imported, marketed, and distributed by Akij Motors Limited that is a subsidiary of one of the leading and renowned Bangladeshi business conglomerates Akij Group Limited. It is solely a street-focused E-bike that comes with a very good-looking sportbike-like attire; hence the motorcycle grabbed huge attention in the market of Bangladesh.

Akij Durdanto V6 – Physical Attributes:

Akij Durdanto V6 is a sportbike-inspired designed motorcycle from the Akij Motors and in its physical attributes, it reflects a damn sporty identity. It’s a fully-faired, edgy, and muscled profiled motorcycle that holds an aerodynamic exterior from its top to bottom. Its looks and design somewhat copied the Kawasaki Ninja 250R design, where the front assembly, sharp blade-like side fairings, side panels, and rear end along with a sporty split seat, hidden grab notch, and the tail are completely the same in design.

Further, the double pit dual headlamp assembly along with the sporty windshield are also copied from the same Kawasaki Ninja 250R design but the digital ODO console design is interestingly copied from the older Yamaha YZF-R3 model. Hence, despite all the copy designs, its overall exterior dimension, curve, and edges are quite different and identical to the Akij Durdanto V6 model. Moreover, the muscled and sharp edge fuel tank is quite a bit redesigned to match its own dimension. And accordingly, being an electric motor driven machine it has no exhaust barrel.

Coming to the other basics, the motorcycle holds the same sportbike like a sporty split seat, regular tail lamp, and LED turn indicators. The engine got the same underbelly pan, wheels got the same design of mudguards, and only minor parts like the mirrors, indicators and control switch gears got their own design touch. So altogether, Akij Durdanto V6 is a bit a copy-designed sports-shaped E-motorcycle model from Akij Motors but its own designed color and decal scheme, as well as the few design retouch, gave the bike its own looks which is much gorgeous and identical as well.

Akij Durdanto V6 – Frame, Wheel, Brake, & Suspension System

Akij Durdanto V6 is quite an electric bike that somewhat fully copied the true sportbike-like design and the design is shadowed by the Kawasaki Ninja 250R model and a bit from the older Yamaha YZF-R3 model. Hence the motorcycle is designed on a regular motorcycle-like steel trellis frame which is undoubtedly customized to its own requirements as it holds a larger VRLA battery and the electric motor within.

Whatsoever, the motorcycle also holds a regular wheel, brake, and suspension system like a regular motorcycle which comes with its own feature and profiles.

In the wheels, it holds fatter profile wheels along with light-weighted sporty alloy rims and fatter profile tubeless type tires in measure of 110/70-17 in the front and 140/70-17 at the rear. In the braking system, its front wheel is very impressively fitted with wider twin-disc hydraulic brakes that are heavily vented and petal-type. At the rear, the brake also is a hydraulic disc type and that is single.

Coming to the suspension system, it comes with a conventional hydraulic telescopic fork upright suspension setup in the front, and at the rear, the setup is impressively mono. Hence altogether Durdanto V6 comes with an attractive package in the wheel, brake, and suspension setup that is designed similar to the regular high-performance sportbikes.

Akij Durdanto V6 – Motor Performance & Features

The Akij Durdanto V6 is an E-bike that copies the sports motorcycle-like look & design from its top to bottom. But being an E-bike the motorcycle holds an electric motor and maintenance-free battery instead of a petrol engine. The motor is DC driven and the standard version is rated 3000W where the battery is 72V 24Ah VRLA type.

Hence Akij offers customization options to their customers for better-powered motors and bigger capacity batteries as well. Meanwhile, the standard motor and battery are configured to allow the top speed of 80-90kmph and the battery backup for 50-55km. Further, the standard battery gets fully charged within 6-8 hours and that can be charged by the regular AC wall socked which are rated AC 110-220 Volts.
