Suzuki GSX-R150 is now in Bangladesh! A picture found on facebook shows that the bikes are at Kamlapur container port at Dhaka. The bike is imported in Bangladesh by an IMPORTER BUT NOT BY RANCON MOTORBIKES LTD. Suzuki GSX-R150 In Bangladesh will be the first sports bike of Suzuki in Bangladesh in the modern time and will fight head to head with the likes of Yamaha R15 V2.0 & the brand new Honda CBR150R 2016.

Suzuki GSX-R150 features LED headlight with fuel tank that is inspired from Suzuki GSXR1000. The bike has a 148cc DOHC engine, the engine is water cooled and fuel injected and comes with a 6 speed gear box. The engine gives out 19 BHP & 14 NM of Torque which on papers will be the most powerful 150cc motorcycles in Bangladesh (4 strokes).

The bike weighs only 131 kg which is something good with less weight and more power that I think it also will accelerate very well then its competitor. In Indonesia it is set to be believe that Suzuki GSX-R150 is almost 8 km/h faster then it’s rival.

Among other key features stated during the launch that Suzuki GSX-R150 In Bangladesh will get key less ignition , LED Speedometer, Petal disc brake for better braking efficiency, duel emit exhaust, tubeless tires, duel disc brake, answer back function.

Keyless Ignition: It is sad that even before the official distributor local importers are bringing these exclusive motorcycles in Bangladesh. Already we saw that 3-4 more importers are trying to bring the motorcycles in Bangladesh and I believe that in the next 2 months we might see around 150+ Suzuki GSX-R150 in Bangladesh.

Some of the biggest disadvantages of buying the bikes from Importers are:

No after sales service.
No spare parts backup.

We are not sure about the price of the bike but looking through different importers I think it will be around 4.3-4.6 lac in Bangladesh. But it is a good news that we are having Suzuki GSX-R150 in Bangladesh before it is launched in India market like Yamaha M Slaz, Honda CBR150R 2016 Edition & Honda CB150R Streetfire.
