Hero Launches Their First Electric Scooter Vida V1 In India

Hero Motocorp, India's largest two-wheeler manufacturer, has entered the electric vehicle market with the launch of a new two-wheeler, the Hero Vida V1. Last month, Hero India launched this scooter in India.
Grounded on the information revealed before, the scooter will be offered in two variants: the Vida V1 Plus and the Vida V1 Pro. This new model is being launched in India to attract consumers to its new brand and earn its place in the ever-growing EV market there.

Talking about the specifications, both of these electric scooters have a top speed of 80 kmph. While the Vida V1 Plus will have a range of 143 km, the Vida V1 Pro is claimed to offer a range of 165 km in ideal conditions.
The front of this scooter has telescopic fork suspension, a 12-inch bus, belt-drive technology, connected technology, a completely digital rider's screen, riding modes, and much more. The full single-cycle charge range of the scooter is likely to be close to 150 km, but this is just an anticipated figure.

The Vida V1 scooter from Hero is available in three ride modes- Eco, Ride and Sports. Additionally, it gets a custom mode for rider’s convenience.

Hero Vida 1 gets a removable battery which is tested for multiple tests like drop, crush, nail penetration and more. Vida V1’s BMS passes 570 tests and is a lifetime adaptive learning architecture that enhances battery longevity, claims the Vida, a sub-brand of Hero MotoCorp. The Hero V1 also gets a Limp Home mode as well.
